What services do you offer?

The Flower Bar in Oman excels in providing prompt flower delivery services. We offer same-day delivery within a generous radius around our central location. For a comprehensive list of areas we serve, please refer to the information provided on our website or contact us directly.

Do you do weddings?

Unfortunately due to the pandemic, we’ve suspended all wedding services for the time being, including bridal bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and beyond.

Do you do small events/parties?

Yes! We are happy to provide flowers for dinner parties, birthday get togethers, bridal showers, baby showers, etc. We primarily work off of what’s currently available on our website, but are happy to discuss details with you.

Do you offer holiday decor services?

We do not offer any holiday decor services, including Christmas tree installations, wreaths, or garlands. We do offer holiday decor centerpieces, which you can find on our website.

Delivery

Do you offer same day delivery?

Absolutely, we provide same-day delivery within a 50-km radius of our Muscat, Oman storefront! For same-day orders within central Muscat, please place them by 2 PM local time to ensure timely delivery.

How much is your delivery fee?

For local Muscat orders, our delivery fee is 2 OMR. For deliveries to other regions within our service area, fees may vary. Please refer to our website or contact us directly for detailed information on delivery fees to specific locations.

Do you have a minimum for delivery?

At The Flower Bar, we have no minimum amount for delivery of floral arrangements or plants. Whether you’re looking for a small token of appreciation or a grand gesture, we cater to all budgets and preferences. For orders below our usual range, feel free to call us to arrange for store pickup.

When will my flowers be delivered?

Our #1 goal is to have your flowers delivered as quickly as possible. We will deliver your order within the selected time frame in the checkout process. Please note for outerborough deliveries, our delivery time frame is from 10am – 8pm, as routes/traffic vary each day. Trust us it will be there in time.

Will you let me know when the flowers are delivered?

Yes! You will receive an email confirmation sent to your email address when the flowers have been delivered.

What about plants & orchids?

For plants or orchids, if your item arrives damaged or not up to standards, please contact us within 14 days to address the issue. After 14 days we are unable to replace your order.
